a space that brings spaces together...
a new kind of social network.
We are like mycelium - a system that forms vast underground networks that connect trees and plants, facilitating nutrient sharing and communication.
Scientists and eco-theorists have called this the Wood Wide Web
Similarly, humans create complex social and technological networks to share information, resources, and support. This fact is a reminder that humans are not separate from nature. It is natural for us to connect with others, so how can we tap into this innate wisdom through connecting with our own bodies in a collaborative space?

Join us each season to connect with nature's wisdom, both within and around us. We will start with a guided meditation in stillness that will help you observe how the season affects the body, after which you'll have time to explore your body yourself, creating a dance with the here and now.
These guided meditations use imagery to unlock creativity and deepen awareness of the present moment while listening to the body.
In this collective movement practice, we create space for ourselves and each other, even across distances in order to intertwine our common experiences. Like a mycelial network, we are interconnected.
